For example, the 5c has 20 stamps graded 98 or higher, the 4c has 17 stamps graded 98 or higher and the 3c has 18 graded 98 or higher. The only comparable denomination is the 8c, with eight copies graded 98 or higher. Surprisingly, the 4c through 8c have virtually the same SMQ value, despite the significantly different populations.
