In addition to this single on cover (paying the 10x 3c rate), there are two covers to Nathan Goff, U.S. Attorney in Clarksburgh West Va., one with a 3c, 6c and 30c Justice (13x rate) and the other with three 90c and four 30c stamps (130x rate for a large bundle of documents).
