minor perf separations sensibly reinforced at top rightFINE APPEARANCE. THE 50-CENT PARCEL POST IS THE RAREST OF ALL PARCEL POST PLATE BLOCKS, ESPECIALLY CORRECTLY CONFIGURED WITH THE VALUE IMPRINT.
