The Honolulu Advertiser collection contained a full cover and cover front with the Raised "2" variety, and the Pietsch collection contained a full cover from the Atherton collection. leaves "NTER" variety unobscured, few small thin spotsFINE APPEARING EXAMPLE OF THE EXTREMELY RARE "NTER" NUMERAL ISSUE PLATE VARIETY. As an indication of rarity, the Honolulu Advertiser collection contained only two examples of the "NTER" variety (both Position 4, Plates 3-E and 3-F), while the Pietsch collection contained this stamp and an enigmatic example from Position 7 on Plate 3-E. is unlisted in Scott but recognized by specialists, also showing a badly
battered numeral, large even margins, lightly cancelled by edge of square
