THIS IS CERTAINLY AMONG THE FINEST IN TERMS OF QUALITY AND USAGE. The majority of 24c 1869 domestic usages are courthouse covers with unsightly docketing and faults. This cover is exceptional for the usage between California post offices and the condition of the stamp and overall appearance.
