Vertical pair, huge margins to clear, tied by "New Orleans La. Feb. 7"
circular datestamp on blue folded cover to Vera Cruz, Mexico, some
ink erosion in address, stamps with faint toning, otherwise Very Fine, very
rare destination, only three covers are recorded with the 5c 1856 Issue to
Mexico (two paid by vertical pair and one by horizontal pair), ex Rohloff
