Dec. 15" circular datestamp struck twice at opposite ends of blue folded letter to Boston datelined New Orleans, Dec. 11, 1852, entered mails at Montgomery with "WAY" handstamp, manuscript content shows thru slightly, Very Fine, a scarce 1c plus 3c way usage via Montgomery, Sloane notes on back (Image) E. 400-500 500.00
