straddle-pane margin, tied by "Philadelphia Pa. Sep.3" circular datestamp
on druggist's corner card cover (both printed and handstamped) to
Shippensburg Pa., neatly docketed, Very Fine, some Blood's specialists
believe that a special 3c rate existed for pickup at the customer's address
and immediate delivery to the post office, in the absence of documentation
