addressed in blue ms. to Ridgefield Conn., blue ms. "10" rate, stamps
accepted as full prepayment or 1c paid in coin, a Fine and very rare usage,
one of only eight recorded covers (or fronts) showing use of the U.S. City
Despatch Post carrier stamps to prepay inter-city postage, ex Caspary,
