color, bold circular datestamp, Extremely Fine, this is a "transitional"
Ty. II/IIIa stamp according to Neinken who notes "weak" at the outer top
frameline, this stamp indeed has a weak top frameline (possibly Ty. IIIa),
Scott Retail for Ty. IIIa is $1,050.00, listed Scott Retail is for Ty. II
