rate to France (possibly a Supplementary Mail usage), printed address and
ship endorsement, 1890 Paris backstamp, cover with some edgewear and
vertical file fold at left, right stamp tiny tear at top right not
mentioned on accompanying certificateVERY FINE. A HANDSOME AND VERY RARE USAGE OF THE 90-CENT 1888 AMERICAN BANK NOTE COMPANY ISSUE. WITHOUT QUESTION ONE OF THE FINEST HIGH-VALUE BANK NOTE ISSUE COVERS IN EXISTENCE.
