THIS STAMP IS THE ONLY EXAMPLE OF THE 1918 PROVISIONAL SURCHARGE ON THE ONE-SIXTH BARREL 1914 DESIGN IN VIOLET BLUE REPORTED IN THE PRIESTER CENSUS. The Priester census reports six of REA134 (on REA107), one of REA134a (on REA107a) and one of REA107a with the additional Ty. 210 two-line surcharge (footnoted in Scott). The -1/6bbl. The Priester census reports six of REA134 (on REA107), one of REA134a (on REA107a) and one of REA107a with the additional Ty. 210 two-line surcharge (footnoted in Scott). The -1/6bbl.
