(79-E29i). Full perforations with sheet margin on three sides,
natural s.e. at left, original gum, h.r., clearly-defined grill points,
bright color, small thin spot in grillVERY FINE APPEARANCE. TO THE BEST OF OUR KNOWLEDGE, ONLY ONE OTHER EXAMPLE OF THIS RARE AND BEAUTIFUL ESSAY EXISTS.
The other example of this essay has the same full perforations on three sides and is s.e. at right. Therefore, it is likely that this was printed from a plate of two designs, which were then scissors-separated.
