(1867) integral-rate datestamp on front only to New Bedford Mass., endorsed
"Per Colorado", expertly restored with flaps added, Very Fine, a
highly exhibitable example of this extremely rare marking, which was
applied at San Francisco to identify mail received from contract steamers
arriving from China and Japan (it was superseded by the more common "China
