J. Esling, some ink erosion affects cover, stamps defective from horizontal paperfold

VERY FINE APPEARANCE. A RARE THREE-COLOR FRANKING OF THE 1857-60 ISSUE ON A COVER TO AUSTRALIA.

This rate is seen more frequently with 30c, 10c and 5c stamps. This combination is rare.
