vessel, diverse markings and usages incl. War of 1812 rates, Panama
forwarder, Gilpin's Foreign Letter Office, 1837 fumigated cover from
Greece, B. F. Stevens U.S. Dispatch Agent, numerous ships incl.
Congress, Washington, Guerriere, Constellation, United States,
Independence and Ohio, Western Gulf and Atlantic Civil War blockading
ships (several with interesting content), patriotic with "U.S. Ship 3 cts."
