certificate states that "the stamp did not originate on this cover, and the
stamp affected by the cover file fold ending in small tears" which seems
contradictory to us as the file fold effectively ties the stamp, we are
confident this stamp originates, Fine and rare use of the "U.S." cancel
days after the U.S. City Despatch Post closed its carrier operation, with
2004 P.F. certificate (Image) |
