Kelly", silked to prevent further deterioration, otherwise Fine, in response to the continued depreciation of American Continental paper currency, on May 5, 1780, Congress doubled the existing rates to 40 times the 1775 postal rates, but this increase lasted only until December 12 (Image) E. 1,000-1,500
