Original gum, off-center as always, quite scarce, this stamp also exists in two other printing combinations, the A.P.S. declined to render an opinion, offered on its own merits (Image) 325.00

Light Puerto Principe circular datestamp, slight tropical toning, centered tiny bit in at bottom, one of the rarest of all the Puerto Principe overprints, signed H. Bloch and with 1973 Friedl certificate, Scott Catalogue states that most examples, except the most common, are faulty or have tropical toning and that their values are for "sound copies where they exist", it is possible that this is just about as nice quality as can be found for this stamp (Image) 2,000.00
