cases the unused stamps (of higher value) have been mounted under

Numerals, Philippines, smattering of U.S. with Columbians to 50c, majority
of volumes contain new issues from around the globe hinged in overstuffed
albums, some reference items for higher-value stamps not figured in our
estimated valueOVERALL FINE-VERY FINE. CONSIDERING THE DEPTH AND BREADTH OF THE COLLECTION, THE COLLECTOR'S STANDARD FOR QUALITY WAS SURPRISINGLY HIGH.
