and bright color on front, back with clear impression at right which is
underinked at left, s.e. at bottom, few small faults as usually found on
these oversize issuesVERY FINE APPEARANCE. THIS IS THE RAREST OF ALL OF THE NEWSPAPER PRINTED-ON-BOTH-SIDES VARIETIES. THIS MAY BE UNIQUE.
There were two documented examples of this rarity until recently, when one of them (repaired) was lost or stolen. If the lost copy is not found, then this would be the only recorded example available to collectors. In any case, it is the finer of the two. (Image)

As an indication of rarity, Scott Catalogue assigns a 440% premium for the Mint N.H. plate block over the price of six Mint N.H. singles. Traditionally, the Scott Catalogue underprices Mint N.H. plate blocks.
