FINE APPEARANCE. ONLY FOURTEEN USED EXAMPLES OF THE 30-CENT RE-ISSUE ARE RECORDED IN OUR CENSUS.

Our census of used Scott 110 contains only fourteen examples. Of these, eight have faults. Most of the faulty examples have serious defects, such as repaired tears or thin spots. Very few copies, either sound or defective, have decent centering.
