March 4th 1913 greetings from FOURTH REGIMENT National Guard Pennsylvania", scarce, produced by the Fourth Regiment National Guard of Pennsylvania in advance of the Inauguration and actually sent the day of the Inaugural, this is only the second pre-1929 Inaugural we have seen where the card was actually produced to commemorate the Inauguration (the other was for Roosevelt in 1905), the most exciting Inaugural or related item in the Martin Collection and quite rare (Image) E. 1,500-2,000 2,300.00
