Blue with extremely rare franking and cancels, each stamp has its
appropriate First Day of Issue cancel (all ten stamps had different First
Days) with U.S.S. Herbert Hoover duplex cancels, an incredibly rare item,
it was against postal regulations at that time to "re-cancel" mail, this is
only the second such example we have seen, a great exhibit item and a must
for the Parks specialist (Image) |
