FREMONT WAS THE FIRST TIME THE POST OFFICE DEPARTMENT BEGAN ITS POLICY OF ISSUING NEW STAMPS AT A LOCATION RELATED TO THE SUBJECT OF THE STAMP. A VERY SPECIAL COVER AND A GREAT EXHIBIT ITEM.
