VERY FINE. REPORTED TO BE THE ONLY KNOWN USAGE OF THE $1.00 PARCEL POST ISSUE USED ON COVER FROM THE U.S. POSTAL AGENCY IN SHANGHAI.

Lower denominations are known used, but the existence of this $1.00 used at the U.S. Postal Agency in Shanghai is truly remarkable. (Image)
