A UNIQUE COMBINATION OF ELEMENTS -- NEW YORK FOREIGN MAIL CANCEL, CAMEO CORNER CARD AND COLORFUL USAGE TO SWITZERLAND -- IN ONE SPECTACULAR COVER. This cover is prepaid for the 33c Prussian Closed Mail rate, but PCM service was terminated in January 1868. The cover was actually sent by North German Union Closed Mail, which required only 20c.
