EXTREMELY FINE AND POST-OFFICE FRESH MINT NEVER-HINGED CONDITION. THIS IS THE FINEST $1.00 COLUMBIAN PLATE BLOCK IN EXISTENCE AND RANKS AMONG THE MOST IMPORTANT UNITED STATES COMMEMORATIVE MULTIPLES EXTANT.

From the celebrated Columbian "Find" sold by H. R. Harmer on November 30, 1954, which included two complete sheets of 100 from the bottom of the plate.
