rich color, choice centeringEXTREMELY FINE. THE FINEST RECORDED EXAMPLE OF THIS BOOKLET PANE. ONLY EIGHT PANES IN TOTAL ARE RECORDED.
According to Canal Zone Stamps, the 3c Lincoln was in production for only a short period of time before the switch was made to the 3c Washington stamp. Only one intact booklet and four panes are reported by the authors, the second intact booklet offered in our Drucker sale was apparently unknown to them.
