A SPECTACULAR USAGE AND ONE OF THE HIGHLIGHTS OF THE MACK COLLECTION. According to the 1869 Census book, there are two 12c 1869 Re-Issue covers: the cover to Hungary offered here, and a cover to Germany bearing the 1c, 2c, 12c and 15c (ex Sheriff).
