VERY FINE APPEARANCE. THIS IS THE ONLY RECORDED COVER TO HUNGARY BEARING THE 15-CENT 1869 PICTORIAL ISSUE.

The stamps on this pay the 10c Direct Mail rate to Germany and 8c registry fee. According to the 1869 Census book, this is the only 15c 1869 (either type) usage to Hungary.
