VERY FINE APPEARANCE. ONE OF ONLY TWO RECORDED COVERS WITH THE 10-CENT 1869 PICTORIAL ISSUE TO SINGAPORE.

The cover offered here pays the 34c rate by British Mails via Southampton. The other cover to Singapore bears a single 10c stamp and pays the American Packet rate to Hong Kong, then via British packet to Singapore.
