"Buffalo N.Y. Nov. 16" datestamp with matching boxed "Forwarded" handstamp,
contents congratulate him on his recent appointment (to Vice President) and
discuss backlog of work at the patent office, docketed on back, vertical
file fold affects right stamp, otherwise Very Fine, unusual usage, with
