datestamps and perfectly struck circle of wedges cancels on yellow cover to
Monterrey Mass., with "Official Business. Head Quarters Remainder Banks'
Expedition. 194 Broadway, New York." printed corner card at top right,
barely reduced at right, Extremely Fine, obviously related to Gen. Banks'
Red River Campaigns of 1863 and 1864, but we failed to find anything about
