Delivery (E6). Eight plate no. singles incl. four with "09" re-issue
numbers, h.r., all are at least Very Fine, the 1902 10c Special
Delivery was re-issued from new plates in 1909, and the special "09"
numbers were added to appease collectors who wanted a way to distinguish
the re-issues from the originals (Image)
