mourning cover to Wellsburg N.Y., Wellsburg receiving backstamp, stamp with
perf faults at right from placement near edge of cover, otherwise Extremely
Fine, one of only two known with this date, which is the current
earliest documented usage, the other is in a private collection and
will not be available for quite some time.
