EXTREMELY FINE. THIS IS THE UNIQUE ARTIST'S DRAWING OF THE VIGNETTE FOR THE HUDSON-FULTON ISSUE.

Originally, the design of the vignette was attributed to Clair Aubrey Houston, but the discovery of this essay proves that the vignette was designed by Marcus W. Baldwin. (Image)

Amend by substituting word 'Celebration' for 'Centenary' Postmaster General" at right and signed "F.H. Hitchcock" in both places, initials and pencil "P.O. 488" in bottom right corner, few minor faults do not detract
