EXTREMELY FINE. A SUPERB MINT NEVER-HINGED 10-CENT 1894 BUREAU ISSUE. AN EXCEPTIONAL STAMP.

We have often written that the difficulties experienced by the Bureau of Engraving and Printing in perforating its first issue directly caused the scarcity of superb Mint Never-Hinged higher value stamps. Clearly, this applies to the 10c issue as well.
