top half of right frameline touching, small defects and tiny toned specks

Our census of Hawaii No. 2 (published in Part 1 of the Honolulu Advertiser catalogue), contains only twelve unused stamps, two of which are in the Tapling Collection at the British Library -- whether or not they are repaired is moot to collectors, since they are unavailable.
