Vanderbilt (American Packet), small boxed "PD", ultramarine Havre
transit, transit and receiving backstamps, stamps centered to one side,
slightly toned, horizontal file fold away from stamps, Very Fine, a
colorful and extremely rare New York Supplementary Mail cover carried by
the short-lived Vanderbilt Line, the premium for sending the cover via
