AN UNUSUAL AND COLORFUL "SET" OF UNITED STATES BUREAU ISSUES CANCELLED BY A SHANGHAI KILLER CANCELLATION THAT IS NOT KNOWN USED ON ANY MAIL. This U.S. Postal Agency Shanghai handstamp has been noted by past students, but it is not known used on any mail. Its origin and purpose are uncertain.
