In United States Postage Stamps of 1869, author Jonathan Rose states that only one sheet of 100 was issued. A much smaller group are still known to exist. Given the considerably smaller number of imperforate copies, the premium of $2,000 that Scott Catalogue applies seems rather low. (Image)
