Extremely Fine, original gum, Positions 21-24 and 31-34 are Mint
N.H., faint crease affects Positions 31-34 (second row from bottom) and
41 (bottom left), minor hinge remnants or disturbance on a few stamps in
top and bottom rowsONE OF THE LARGEST AND FINEST 15 CENT TYPE II 1869 PICTORIAL BLOCKS IN EXISTENCE. There are no more than four known unused blocks of twenty. The best-centered block is this left sheet-margin block. The second recorded block is a poorly centered bottom right corner margin imprint and plate no. block of twenty, ex Ackerman.
