Post Office Jul. 21 2nd '65" circular datestamp on orange cover to local street address, bold strike of Baltimore & Ohio Railroad circular handstamp with stencil "B & O No 12" marking at lower left, "12" repeated in stencil on back, backflap removed, Very Fine, unusual usage related to railroad business, with 2001 P.F. certificate stating "Genuine usage of the stamp, but decline opinion as to the additional markings" -- we say genuine (Image) E. 150-200 150.00
