VERY FINE. THE ONLY RECORDED EXAMPLE OF THE ALUM SPRING'S POSTMASTER'S FRANK REVALUED WITH CONFEDERATE RATE.

This cover is the basis of the Dietz catalogue listing. It is the only recorded example of the Alum Spring's pre-war printed entire re-rated during the Confederate period.
