Rose Replaced Transfer stamps on and off cover, comprising 1 unused, 6 used
and 6 on separate covers (incl. one patriotic) -- all from Replaced
Transfer positions on the printing stone -- identified by position,
including 11 from the fourth vertical row (Positions 4, 14, 24, 34, 44) and
2 from Positions 42 and 12, Knapp's write-up includes census figures for
number of copies known from each position (in pencil and updated until
1924), some faults to be expected, but overall the condition is very
