FINE TO VERY FINE. A REMARKABLE SET OF VIRTUALLY COMPLETE PLATE RECONSTRUCTIONS OF THE THREE STATES OF PLATE 10.

Plate 10 and Plate 11 are the only two plates to yield the Type IIa stamps. Plate 10 was reworked twice to correct wear. Each state of the plate yields different varieties of recutting. These three virtually complete reconstructions would be very difficult to duplicate.
