(26). Block of 20 incl. s.e. with guideline at right and part plate
no. and imprint at left, Positions 51-60/61-70L19, original gum, h.r.,
deep rich color, few perf separations sensibly reinforced incl. 4th and 5th
rows reattached, few faults incl. stains and perf faults, still Fine-Very
Fine, scarce multiple, this is the only reported plate no. from Plate 19
and also largest recorded multiple from this plate
