of Plate 7 perforated with the plate no.

blue ms. "3", Hamburg backstamps, block s.e. at bottom, some tiny creasing
in bottom pairVERY FINE. AN EXTRAORDINARY USAGE. THE UNIQUE EXAMPLE OF THE TYPE IIa BLOCK WITH PLATE NO. AND IMPRINT ON COVER.
