three page folded letter with sender's notation "From James Haske,

below by the Commanding Officer, addressed to Halifax, Yorkshire,
with note at end reading "I have put a stamp on this letter and if you
have any more to pay you must let me know ... some of our chaps ... always

well-centered, detailed impression clearly shows the intricate latticework,
R.P.S. certificate states "gum very toned causing discolorisation", but the
stamp still has intense vivid color and the gum is only lightly
