FINE APPEARANCE. AN EXTREMELY RARE USED EXAMPLE OF THE 25-CENT 1922 PERFORATED 10 ON ONE SIDE.

It has been our mistaken impression that the only known examples of this error are the two stamps contained in the original-gum block of eight 25c stamps last sold in our Sale 826. We were unaware of this used example, which properly has the 10-gauge perforations at one side (right).
